IT'S OUTTA' HERE!

here it is, the first grand slam i have ever witnessed in person! plus it was my first visit to citi field :)

so here's how it went down... it was the bottom of the eighth and the score was tied at 3 with 1 out. fernando tatis was up to pinch hit with the bases loaded... francoeur on first, wright on second, and castillo on third. with 2 strikes and no balls, tatis then hits the next ball out to deep left-center field and.... IT'S OUTTA' HERE!!! a pinch hit grand slam by fernando tatis, lifting the mets to a come from behind 7-3 victory over the rockies. let's go mets!
